Diameter of large circle = 20,4 cm
Radius of large circle =10.2 cm
Area of the large circle [A] =pi R² =3.14 × 10.2 ² cm²
Diameter of small circle =10.8 cm
Radius of small circle =5.4 cm.
Area of small circle [a] = pi r² =3.14 × 5.4² cm²
So area of the shaded region = A - a
____________ = 3.14 × 10.2² - 3.14× 5.4² cm²
_____________ = 3.14(10.2² - 5.4²) cm² _____________ =3.14 × 74.88 cm²
_____________ = 235.1 cm² ___(answer) __

Hope this is ur required answer.
