Hello .
-----------------
-----------------

RADIUS=112/2=56 CM

HEIGHT=150 CM

CURVED SURFACE AREA OF CYLINDER=2*pi*R*H

=2*22/7*56*150

=52800

Just did the same question as part of my Maths practice.

Given: Diameter=112cm
Radius= 112÷2
= 56cm
height= 150cm
CSA of roller:
 2\pi {r} h \\ = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times {56} \times 150 \\ = 2\times 22 \times 8 \times 150 \\ = 52,800 cm^{2}
Area levelled:
500 \times csa \\ = 500 \times 52800 {cm}^{2} \\ = 26400000 {cm}^{2} \\ ( {1m}^{2} = 10000 {cm}^{2} ) \\ = 2640 {m}^{2}
The roller levelled 2,640m².

sitalssamy: oh u corrected it?
VasuGupta23: yes
sitalssamy: ok thnks tho!
sitalssamy: and just one more question
sitalssamy: if the question says find area of a cuboid or cube or cylinder should we find TSA or LSA?
VasuGupta23: If it isn't mentioned, we find TSA
sitalssamy: so if it says find area of cuboid we find?
VasuGupta23: We find TSA
sitalssamy: ok thnks!
VasuGupta23: :-)
