Hi there

Your answer is :-

Given that Diameter of the Sun is 1.4 x 10^9 meters and Earth is 1.2768 x 10^7 meters.

Ratio of diameters of the sun to that of earth is = 1.4 x 10^9 : 1.2768 x 10^7

= 1.4 x 10^2 : 1.2768

= 140 : 1.2768.

= 70 : 0.6384

= 35 : 0.3192 (multiply 1000 each term)

= 35000 : 3192

= 17500 : 1596

= 87500 : 798

= 43750 : 399 ( Ans )
