 Distance \: covered \: in \: one

 revolution=Circumstance \: of \: the \: wheel

 = \pi d

 = \frac{22}{7} \times 140

 = 22 \times 20

 = 440 \:cm

 = 4.4 \: m \: --(1)

 Let \: number \: of \: revolutions \:made \:to

 cover \: the \: distance \: 440 \:m = \frac{440}{4.4}

 = 100

Therefore.,

 \red{ Number \: of \: revolutions } \green { = 100}
