the diameter of the wheel of a car is 70 cm how many revolution will it make to travel one km?

Hey...!!!

Diameter = 70 cm
Radius = 70/2 = 35 cm
Circumference = 2 x pi x r
= 2 x 22 /7 x 35
= 220 cm

Distance to cover = 1 km = 100000 cm
Revolutions it will cover = 100000/220
= 454.545

Hey☺.Here is your answer u r looking for

Diameter = 70cm
Radius = d/2 = 70/2 = 35

Perimeter of circle(wheel are circular) =2πr

2*22/7*35
=220cm

Now 1km = (1000*100)cm
=100000cm

No of revolution in 1km = 100000/220
=454.55revolutions
