Given that diameter of the wheel = 70cm.

Then the radius of the wheel r = d/2

                                                    = 35cm.

We know that circumference of the wheel = 2pir

                                                                       = 2 * 22/7 * 35

                                                                       = 2 * 22 * 5

                                                                       = 220cm.

We know that 1 kilometer = 100000cm.

Therefore the number of revolutions to make it travel 1 kilometer

= 100000/220

= 454.54.

Hope this helps!

ANSWER
......................

DIAMETER OF WHEEL IS 70 CM

C =
c \: = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 70 = 10

REVOLUTION OF THE 1 KM IS
10 * 1000 = 10000 ROTATION
