Given data : The diameter of the wheel of a car is 70 cm.

To find : How many revolution s will it take to travel 1.65 km ?

Solution : According to given, diameter of wheel is 70 cm.

⟹ radius of wheel ( r ) = diameter/2

⟹ radius of wheel ( r ) = 70/2

⟹ radius of wheel ( r ) = 35 cm

Now, perimeter of wheel :

⟹ perimeter of wheel = 2πr

⟹ perimeter of wheel = 2 * 22/7 * 35

⟹ perimeter of wheel = 2 * 22 * 5

⟹ perimeter of wheel = 44 * 5

⟹ perimeter of wheel = 220 cm

Now, we need to convert perimeter of wheel, cm into km.

⟹ perimeter of wheel = 220 cm = {220/100000} km

= 0.0022 km

Now, revolution taken by wheel to cover 1.65 km

⟹ revolution = 1.65/0.0022 = 750

Answer : The wheel take 750 revolution to travel 1.65 km.
