Circumference of the circle = 2 x 22/7 x 38.5
                                            = 1694 / 7
                                            = 242 cm

             = 12100000 cm
So, revolutions made = 12100000 / 242
                                   = 50000
So, the wheel made 50000 revolutions in total to cover 121 km.
