=2×22/7 ×3.5

and,Circumference of 2nd circle(C2)

now ratio of circumferences would be:C1/C2=(2×22/7 ×3.5)/(2×22/7 ×6)

=3.5/6

=35/60

since ratio of their circumference will be-35:60
