let ratio be x

diameter =2*radius

2x diameter = x radius

3x diameter = 3x/2 radius

area = πr^2

ratio of area = πx^2 : π3x/2^2

= 1 : 9/4

= (either convert 9/4 into decimal or multiply 1*4)

circumference =2πr

ratio of circumference = 1:3/2
