Step-by-step explanation:

WE ARE GIVEN,

diameter of wheel = 0.7 m

radius of wheel = 0.35 m = r

Distance covered in 1 round = perimeter of wheel

=2πr

= 2*22*35/7*100

= 2.2 m

Distance covered in 5000 rounds

= 5000*2.2

= 11000m

THUS DISTANCE COVERED IN 5000 ROUNDS IS 11000 METER

Given:

The diameter of wheel = 0.7

Rotations of the wheel = 5000

To Find:

Distance covered by the wheel

Solution:

Since the diameter of the wheel is 0.7 m

This, radius of wheel = d/2

= 0/7.2

= 0.35

In one revolution, wheel will cover a distance of one circumference

Thus, circumference =2πr

Substituting the values -

= 2 ×22/7 × 0.35

= 2.2

Now, distance covered in 5000 rounds

= 5000 × 2.2

= 11000

Answer: The total distance covered is 11000m
