firstly you have to find the area of the big circle = pi r^2= 22/7 × 21/2=33cm^2

then you have to add the areas of the small 2 circles= 22/7(7+7/2)=33cm^2

ohh there is a mistake in the question because this is not possible

otherwise the shaded region will be 0 so check the question again.
