r of circle A = 8 cm
r of circle B = 15 cm
area of circle C = B-A
=( π*15*15)-(π*8*8)
=π(225-64)
=π(161)
=161π
so, πR*R= 161π , where R is the radius of C
R*R= 161
R. = √161 = 12.69(approx.)
thus, circumference=2π12.69=80cm(approx.)
