the diameters of two circles are 6 cm and 12 cm find the ratio of the area of the bigger Circle to that of the smaller one

The radius of two circles are 3 and 6

Area of bigger circle =πr^2

=22/7*6*6

=792/7

=113.1

Area of smaller circle=πr^2

=22/7*3*3

=132/7

=18.8

Therefore ratio of bigger circle to smaller circle.

113.1/18.8

=1131/188
