R=d/2hence outing value in πr2h

We get 4:9

Volume = π* r² * h =  π* d² * h / 4

Since volumes are equal, d₁² * h₁ = d₂² * h₂

⇒h₁ : h₂ = d₂² : d₁² = 2²:3² = 4:9
