Mean = (136 + 150 +150 + 145+ 187+ 160 / 6) =  9 2 2 / 6 = 153.25cm

And

let us arrange in ascending order

136,145,150,150,160,187.

No. of observations = 6 an even number

Therefore ,

Median = 3rd + 4th obsevation /2= 150 + 150 / 2 = 150.

Mean -Median = 153.25  - 150 = 3.25.

Mode = 150 as 150  has occured  highest no. of times in the example.

Mean - mode = 153.25 - 150 = 3.25 cm.

And

3(mean-median) = 3( 153.25-150)=3(3.25)= 9.75

Therefore we can see that difference between mean and media is not equal to 3(Mean-Median)
