let the two digit number be XY

now as per the question,

(10X+Y) - (10Y+X) = 63

10X + Y - 10Y - X = 63

9X - 9Y = 63

9(X - Y) = 63

X - Y = 63/9

X - Y = 7

samiakhtar: In a 3 digit no. the tens digit is thrice the units digit and the hundreds digit is four times the units digit. Also the sum of its digit is 16 .find the no.
