The two numbers can be 75 and 57.
75 - 57= 18
so, their difference would be 7-5 = 2
(a) is the correct answer.

Hope this helps.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us assume two digit number be 10x+y  and its reverse be 10y+x.

According to the question,

10x+y−(10y+x)= 18

10x+y−10y−x=18

9(x−y)=18

x-y=\frac{18}{9}

x-y=2

Hence, the difference between the digits is (a) 2.
