Let the 2-digit no. Be 10x+y
Then 10x+y-10y-x = 54
9(x-y) = 54
X-y = 6
82 is the answer

Value = 10A  + B

Number by interchanging digit  = BA

Value = 10B + A

10A + B -  (10B +A)  = 54

=> 9A - 9B = 54
