By the given condition,

10x+y-(10y+x) =9

So,10x+y-10y-x=9

9x-9y=9

x-y=1 _____(1)

Now ,we have the sum of digits,

x+y=15_____(2)

ADDING EQN.(1) AND (2),

2x=16

x=8

So, 8-y=1

y=7

Now the product of two digits is,

x×y=8×7

x×y=56
