The difference between circumference and diameter of a circle is 75cm. Find the area of the circle.

a/c circumference -diameter=75cm
=> 2pi.r-2r=75cm
=> 2r (pi-1)=75cm
=> 2r (22/7-1)=2r.15/7=75cm
=> r=35/2
now
area of circle=pi.r^2=22/7 (35/2)^2=1925/2 cm^2=962.5cm^2
=> 2pi.r-2r=75cm
=> 2r (pi-1)=75cm
=> 2r (22/7-1)=2r.15/7=75cm
=> r=35/2
now
area of circle=pi.r^2=22/7 (35/2)^2=1925/2 cm^2=962.5cm^2
