Non- combustible substances are substances which do not burn in air to produce heat and light. Examples : rock, glass, etc.

hey buddy!
combustible substances are the substances which undergoes combustion. It produces heat and light during the process of reaction with oxygen eg: Wood,Paper, Kerosene oil etc. Where as, non- combustible substance does not react with oxygen and readily burn. They do not produce new substances, reacting with the oxygen eg: Glass, Iron etc.
