take p=x and then si=x×20×3/100
ci=a-p
what ever answer will come after solving subtract si from ci.
after that si-ci=152

Answer:

1187.5

Step-by-step explanation:

difference between CI & SI for 3 years = 3*p*(R/100)² + p*(R/100)³

                                                         152 = p [ 3*(20/100)² + (20/100)³]

                                                         152 = p [ 0.12+0.008 ]

                                                             p =  152/0.128

                                                                =   1187.5
