SI = PxRxT/100

=50x10x2/100
=Rupees 10
CI=P(1+R/100)^T-P
=50(110/100)^2-50
=60.5-50
=Rupees 10.5
Here the difference is of half rupee
Amount with SI=rupee 60
Amount with CI= Rupee 60.5

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let P be the sum.

SI = P * 2 * 10/100

SI = 0.2 P

CI = P * (1 + 10/100)^2 - P

CI = P * 1.1^2 - P

CI = 1.21 P - P

CI = 0.21 P

Given,

CI - SI = 50

0.21 P - 0.2 P = 50

0.01 P = 50

P = 50/0.01

P = 5000

So, the sum is Rs. 5,000/-.
