The difference between energy of water molecule at 0^c and ice molecule at 0^c

I think potential energy increases with states solid-liquid-gas. Solids have least potential energy and gases have more. Ice has lesser potential energy than water. Water when stored is potential and as a freely flowing haskinetic energy associated with it
