Let length be 'L' ...

Breadth will be 'L+4'...

Perimeter = 2L + 2b

84 = 2L + 2 (L+4)

84= 2L + 2L +8

92= 4L

L = 23 m.............

b = L-4 = 19m......

Area = L×b

= 23× 19

= 437m^2
