the difference between outside and inside curved surface area of a cylindrical metallic pipe 28cm long is 88cm .if the pipe is made of 198cm² of metal . Find the thickness of the pipe.

inner radius = r cm
thickness of metal pipe = t cm
outside radius = inner radius + thickness = r + t  cm
height = h = 28 cm

Difference of outside CSA - inner CSA = 2*22/7*28 [ (r+t)  - r ] cm²
    = 176 t cm² = 88 cm²
     =>  thickness t = 0.50 cm
