HERE IS YOUR ANSWER. .

Let R cm and r cm be external and inner radii of the metallic pipe resp.

h = 14 cm

2pie Rh - 2pie rh = 44

2×22/7 × 14 (R -r ) = 44

(R - r ) = 1/2. 1 .eq

Vol of pipe = 99

pie R^2 h - pie r^2 h = 99

22/7 × 14 (R+r) ( R-r) = 99

(R + r ) = 9/2. 2 eq

From eq 1. and eq. 2

R = 2.5 cm

r= 2 cm
