HI MATE,

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PLANET AND A COMET IS THAT A PLANET CAN SUPPORT LIFE, BUT IT CAN'T BECAUSE IT'S TOO COLD AND IT WAS TOO FAST. A PLANET IS AN ASTRONOMICAL OBJECT THAT HAS ORBITS, STAR OCEAN, AND THAT IS A BIG ENOUGH TO BE ROUNDED BY ITS OWN GRAVITY.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.....☺☺☺☺
