Let the radius of circle be 'x'.

Hence,
Circumference of the circle = 2πr
Diameter of the circle = 2r

According to the question,
Circumference - Diameter = 30 cm
2πr - 2r = 30 cm
2 ( πr - r ) = 30 cm
πr - r = 30 / 2
πr - r = 15 cm
r ( π - 1 ) = 15 cm
r [ ( 22 / 7 ) - 1 ] = 15
r [ ( 22 - 7 ) / 7 ] = 15
r ( 15 / 7 ) = 15
r = 15 * ( 7 / 15 )
r = 1 * 7
r = 7 cm

Radius of the circle = 7 cm
