\huge\red{154} \: \:  cm.

Given :-

c - r = 37.

Now,

putting the value

 \rightarrow \: 2 \times  \frac{22r}{7}  - r = 37. \\  \\ \rightarrow \frac{44r}{7}  - r = 37. \\  \\  \rightarrow \:  \frac{44r - 7r}{7}  = 37. \\  \\  \rightarrow  \: 44r - 7r = 37  \times 7. \\  \\  \rightarrow \: 37r =  37 \times 7. \\  \\  \rightarrow \: r =  \frac{37 \times \cancel 7}{ \cancel7} . \\  \\ r = 7.

A/Q.

 \rightarrow \: \:  \:  area \:  \:  \: of \:  \:  \: circle \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  \pi {r}^{2}

Putting the value of r = 7 cm.

 \rightarrow \pi {r}^{2}  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {7}^{2} . \\  \\  \rightarrow \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  \frac{22}{ \cancel7}  \times 7 \times \cancel 7. \\  \\  \rightarrow \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 154 \:  \: cm.
