Then, circumference = 2*22/7*x
Difference = 44/7x - x = 74
= 37/7 x = 74
= 37x = 74*7
= x = 518/37
= x = 14
Circumference = 2*22/7*14
= 88m

2πr-r=74

=>r(44/7-1)=74

=>r=74×7÷37

=>r=14

circumference of the circle=14+74 m=88 m
