Let the radius of the circle = x
We know,
Area of the circle =
Circumference of the circle =
ATQ
πx2 - 2πx = 37
(22/7 x^2 - (2×22/7×x) = 37
22x^2 /7 - 44x/7 = 37
(22x^2 - 44x)/7 = 37
22x^2 - 44x = 37× 7
22x^2 -44 x = 259
22x^3 - 44x- 259 = 0
Solve it furthur yourself by quadratic formula. Somehow right now I can't send the pic:*
