Let the principal be P
SI = P×R×T/100
SI = P×4×2/100
SI = 8P/100
____________________
CI =A - P
A = P(1+r/100)^n
A = P(1+4/100)²
A = P(105/100)²
A = P(11025/10000)
A = 11025P/10000

ATQ
CI - SI = 150
11025P/10000 - 8P/100 = 150
11025P - 108P/10000 = 150
10917P = 150 × 10000
P = 150 × 10000/10917
P = 137.40
Hence, principal is ₹ 137.40
