so the number is 10x + y

and the number obtained by reversing the digits is 10y + x

by the condition given in your question we get equations

x - y = 4

10x + y + 10y + x = 110

11x + 11y = 110

x + y = 10

by adding the equations ( l ) & ( ll ) we get

2x = 14

x = 7

putting x = 7 in equation ( ll ) we get

7 + y = 10

y = 3
