The difference between the digits of a two digit number is4and the digit in the unit's place is one-third of the digit in the tenth's place.Whatis the two - digit number?

Let AB be the number


A=x, B= x/3

Their difference is 4

So

x-x/3=4

By solving this linear equation you get x= 6


A=6 , B= 2
