let the length and breadth be L and B respectively.
therefore
L-B =23.........1
perimeter =206
so, 2(L+B)=206
2L +2B =206.............2
now on comparing 1 and 2 equation we get
4L=252
L=83m
now breadth =60m
therefore
Area =L*B
or A=83*60
A= 4980m2
hope this answer will be helpful.

Gold2: we have only four options 1520m2, 2420m2, 2480 m2, 2520m2.
chiragverma: oo
chiragverma: sorry
chiragverma: l=63 and b=40 hoga... then A=63*40=2520 will be answer
chiragverma: see my answer I write that 4l=252.then I =63.and b=40 hoga n sorry for that
chiragverma: your D option will be write
Gold2: thankyou so much
chiragverma: welcome
