perimeter is 2 (l +b) hence
let l -b =15

190= 2(l+b)
190÷2=l+b
95= l+b
from before stated

l -b=15
l=15+b
so

95=15+b+b
80=2b
b=40

and a=55

Let length be x
So breadth will be x+15
Perimeter=2(l+b)
       190    =2(x+x+15)
         190=2(2x+15)
          190=4x+30
          190-30=4x
           160=4x
           160/4=x
             40=x
Thus length=x=40m
Thus breadth=x+15=55m

Komalmayukha: thanks a lot
