Heya friend here is your answer
Circumference of the circle = 2*pi*r = 2 * 3.14 *r = 6.28r.
Where r = radius
Now,
Given difference = 37
6.28r - r = 37
5.28r = 37
r = 7 cm (approx)
Area of circle = pi * r *r = 3.14 * 7 * 7 = 154 sq. cm.
