Step-by-step explanation:

let the first consecutive number be x

let the second consecutive number be X + 1

so,

x+x+1=31

2x+1=31

2x=31-1

x=30/2

x=15

The first consecutive number is 15

and second consecutive number is (15 + 1)=16

HEY FRIENDS

HOPE IT WILL BE HELPFUL ✌✌
