angle x = 135 and angle y = -45

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the angle (1) = x

And, the angle (2) = y

Now, A.T.Q.

x + y = 90° -----------------equation(1)

Also, x - y = 180° (given) ------------------equation(2)

From (1) We get, x = 90 - y ---------------equation(3)

Putting equation (3) in (2)

We get, (90 - y) - y = 180

90 - y - y = 180

-2y = 180 - 90

-2y = 90

So, y = -45

This implies, x = 90 - (-45)

So, x = 135

Hence, angle x = 135 and angle y = -45

Hope it helps you.
