So let one no be x. Then

other no = x + 7.

Now,

Two times the smaller no = 2x

Two times the smaller no added to larger no = 22

2x + x + 7 = 22

3x + 7 = 22

3x = 15

x = 5.

Smaller no = 5

Larger no = x + 7 = 5 + 7 = 12
