  • Cp and Cv of the gas are 1920 and 320 respectively.

Given -

  • Difference between two specific heat = 1600
  • Ratio of two specific heat is = 6/1

So, according to the question-

Cp - Cv = 1600

and Cp/Cv = 6/1

From both the equation we can find out the value of Cp and Cv.

Cp = 6 Cv

6 Cv - Cv = 1600

5 Cv = 1600

Cv = 320

Cp = 6 Cv

Cp = 6 (320)

Cp = 1920

Answer:

simple method to do this is

Given

the difference between the two specific heats of gass is 1600

therefore

To find CV

6-1=1600

5=1600

cv=320

NOW FOR CP

CP=320×6

CP=1920

THEREFORE

CP=1920 AND CV=320
