Let the First Number to be 'x' and then Second Number is '3x'

Now, According to the question

$\rm \implies 3x - x = 26 \\ \\ \rm \implies 2x = 26 \\ \\ \rm \implies x = \dfrac{26}{2} \\ \\ \underline { \boxed { \rm \bold { \implies x = 13 }}}$

Now, Substituting the value

$\rm \implies First \; Number = x = \bold {13} \\ \\ \rm \implies Second \; Number = 3x = 3(13) = \bold {39}$

For Verification,

$\rm \implies 3x - x = 26 \\ \\ \rm \implies 39 - 13 = 26 \\ \\ \rm \implies 26 = 26 \\ \\ \rm \bold { \implies L.H.S = R.H.S }$

Hence, the Numbers are 39 and 13.
