Let the number be x .
X > 0
Difference between two positive
integers is 36.
Another number be n−36
According to the question ,
Quotient when one is divided by
another =4
X/X- 36 = 4
X= 4 ( X - 36)
X= 4 X - 144
4X - x = 144
3 x = 144
X= 144/3
X= 48
1st no. = 48
2nd no. = 48 - 36 = 12
The required integers are 48 and 12.
