let the two supplementary angles be.
X and 180-x as the sum of these angles is 180 .
then ,
x-(180-x)=48
x-180+X= 48
2x-180=48
2x= 48+180
2x=228
X=228/2
X=114
then 180-x = 66
the angle is 66

Greetings..!

We know, two supplementary angles sum up to make 180°

. So, let one of the angles be x°.

Then , the other one is (x - 48)°

. As , their sum is 180°, we can form the equation ,

⇒ x + x - 48 = 180

⇒2x = 180 + 48

 ⇒x = 228/2 = 114

Hence, we have x's value 114°.

So, the other angle is x - 48 = 114 - 48 = 66°.

Answer : Hence, angles are 114° and 66°.
