here let one angle be = X

another angle be = x+20

sum of supplementary angles is 180

X+X+20=180

2x+20=180

2x=180-20

2x=160

x=160/2=x=80

so one angle is 80 and another is 80+20=100

Answer:

ok,

I got

sol:

Let the first angel be = x

And the second angle be = y.

According to conditions

x - y = 20......(1)

By the property

x + y = 180.........(2)

Now, Adding the equation (1) and (2)

x - y = 20

+ x + y = 180

2 x = 200

x = 200/2

x = 100

Angle x = 100°

Now, substituting x = 100 in equation (1)

x - y = 20

100 - y = 20

100 - 20 = y

y = 80

Angle y = 80°

Ans. The angles is 100° and 80°
