The difference in temperature is low near sea. Why

Because there is water everywhere by which the water gets hot and vaporised so that's why near the sea temperature is low.

The adjacent air to the water is likewise tempered by
this effect, being in contact with the water, thus the
air tends to be less variant in temperature as
opposed to farther inland.
