Here is your answer
Let the one angle be x
other angle is 90 - x as complementary angle
Now
$x - (90 - x) = 12 \\ x - 90 + x = 12 \\ 2x = 12 + 90 \\ 2x = 102 \\ x = 102 \div 2 \\ x = 51$
So one angle is 51
Other angle is 90-51 =39
