THE ANSWER IS HERE,
Let the two angles be x & y.
=> x+y =90......... (1)
=> x-y=13.5......(2)
Adding eq(1) & (2).
=> x+y+x-y=90+13.5
=> 2x=103.5
=> x= 51.75
Substitute the value of x in eq(1)
=> 51.75+y=90
=> y =90-51.75
=> 38.25
